Upbound Media Group and Triple R Productions collaborated to produce the second season of Vicrina-En-Vogue. Triple R Productions and an associate had already filmed half of the new intro sequence and one episode. Upbound Solutions joined to complete the intro, produce the Season 2 teaser trailer, and shoot and publish five additional episodes. The season premiered on November 11, 2018. In 2019, Upbound Moments captured a special portraiture session for Vicrina’s birthday, followed by Upbound Content providing services in 2020 for her bespoke T-shirt line.

Project Backstory | Some cultures believe obsidian carries grounding properties, healing energies, and the ability to siphon negativity. Its sharp edges emerge not only in deep ash but also in burgundy, amber, or pearlescent pink. Gold, a noble metal, resists corrosion, reflects radiation, and shapes fluidly while retaining strength when worn with care. These elements symbolically intersected in celebration of Vicrina’s solar return—her birthday.
What We Did | Over the course of the afternoon and evening, our muse, the makeup artist, and I captured stunning images using a three-point lighting setup—well ahead of the client’s birthday celebration.

Project Backstory | Vicrina and I intentionally pursued a celluloid aesthetic during the production of season two of her web series, Vicrina-En-Vogue. We extended this style into the promotional content for her limited-run T-shirt line, showcasing three designs across varied looks. Below, I’ve curated select screen captures and video presentations that distill the highlights of our work that day.

Project Backstory | Vicrina sought to capture additional content alongside the filmed sequences we completed for the introduction. She proposed meeting near the New World Trade Center, around Chambers Street in Lower Manhattan, NY—a choice I understood. The setting offered a perfect neo-modern backdrop with a clean, pink-tinged lifestyle aesthetic. Her ensemble that day featured a standout hand piece adorned with dozens of sewing pins—an eclectic garment with an anecdotal flair I can’t deny. Between video captures, we documented portraiture stills, some of which are featured below.
What We Did | Over the course of six hours, we captured hundreds of promotional stills alongside additional footage for the Vicrina-En-Vogue season two introduction and teaser trailer.
